  Not a great first experience. We had a couple special orders...no rice on one plate (which our waitress said she would put extra salad or beans) and salad with no onions (severe allergy). The plate came out with rice and the salad came out with onions and no guacamole. Instead of offering to take the plates back and fix the order, we got a mere "oh...sorry". We also didn't get checked up on and had to flag our waitress down whenever we needed something. The food was ok, nothing spectacular but it was ok. We left a generous cash tip considering the rather poor service. Looked at my credit card statement a few days later and she had charged the tip to my card as well as taking the cash. Called Coyote's to have the charge refunded but they couldn't do anything since "it was already finalized". They offered me a gift certificate but I don't live in Ohio and will not return anyway. Very disappointed with the customer service.
